I'm sorry if this has been asked already... At what age did people actually come out?
Why is Lady C. so shocked to hear that "all five [Bennet daughters were] out at once" and stil it is not so bad that Lydia actually gets married at the age of fifteen?
Also, was there a difference between boys and girls?
