Regency Era Hairstyles

Hello, I don't often come here to Pemberly and I'm not sure whether this is the appropriate board for my query, but I really hope someone can help me.

I'm a freshman in college and for my school's Spring Formal I have bought a dress very similar to the Regency Era style. I love the hairstyles worn in the film adaptians of Jane Austen's novels -- especially those where decorations of ribbon and flowers are used -- and would like to wear my hair in such a style for the formal.

I've looked online and have seen multiple descriptions of the era's style but nothing about how to do it! Any help? I'm not even sure if it is possible to style my hair like that, as it is layered -- the longest slightly below my shoulders and shortest slightly above.

I apologize for barging in, and appreciate any help you might be able to give.
