An on-line primer on regency etiquette? That's a tall order. However, you could start with the JaneInfo page..just click on the little blue wizard that you'll find right on this message! Alternatively, have a look at the bibliography (back to those chatting ladies again!) for information on a book called "The Mirror of Graces", which many of us think is a really fun read!
