I suggest you to read the L&T guidelines (link below) and even without that we could say your reasoning it's not enough. The Victorian times took the main part of the 19th century and also in England, but that this board's subject. JA times were more narrow than the 19th century and include also the end of the 18th. Furthermore, in that particular period of time, what would be the connection to JA? As far as we can see, none.
