The book is Ghosts of Dorset by Peter Underwood, Bossiney Books, 1988.

It's from a small publisher in Cornwall, so it might be hard to find. However, at the back of the book it gives the address to write to for a catalogue: Bossiney Books, Land's End, St. Teath, Bodmin, Cornwall.

It's a small book (written by the president of the local Ghost Club!), but offers a number of interesting tales.
