I am currently writing a novel that is not a JA sequel but is set in the 1820's and is much in her spirt. I have a main character who is a younger son of a good family and wants to be an estate manager or steward. I need info on Stewards/ Estate practices/ farming in this time period. Can anyone help me with info/ web sites etc. I am totally new to the internet. PS: I am a recreational writer and writing this as an 88th birthday present for my mom. Thanks
