] From memory...it's in one of my "The Countryman" magazines, from several years ago. The link below is to their on-line site -it seems to load slowly. If you click on "magazines" you'll see the tites for the articles for January. For all it's folksy appeal, it's actually a well-produced and well-referenced publication.
