Yes, she did; here's the coat of arms for her father's particular branch of the Kentish Austens, scanned from the bookplate of Jane Austen's paternal 1st cousin once removed, or second cousin, as reprinted in the 1952 Chapman edition of Jane Austen's letters (by the way, you don't have to be aristocratic to be "armigerous") --
