The author of that post, Julie W, is a former lawyer who was for many years the webmistress of the L&T board, so I believe her information is very reliable.

The L&T Archives are a wondrous resource. They are searchable using keywords and are well worth delving into. No matter how obscure your L&T question, the answer is probably somewhere in those archives!
