It is great fun to read. My prized copy is inscribed "A glass of wine with you, ma'am" by one of the authors. The authors, mother and daughter, gave a lecture and book signing when the book came out at the Washington Navy Museum. Very charming and funny ladies, and SO accomplished! The mother's recent obituary listed, among her other activities, the translations of operas she had made for the Julliard school. And she still had time to cook rats in onion sauce!
