Caroline, thanks for posting these guidelines. I'm sure I'm not the only one who didn't know 3rd degrees were out of scope. I'm really sorry, that in my very short time on this board, I've in my ignorance managed to post several 3rd degrees. I assure you I will not stray off course again. I hope you're encouraged by the many positive responses to your message. Please don't give up. It seems that like me, many out-of-bounds posters acted in ignorance, not because we didn't care.
