At length the spring and near approaching of summer have asserted their rights, and all the paraphernalia of winter has been thrown aside; or, according to its value and the economy of the wearer, has been carefully deposited in the cedar chest, to be renovated and new modelled as soon as the chilly season shall wave her icy sceptre over Fashion’s changeful dominions.
