This old map of Bath shows four(?) churches. I suspect that it it might have been the Abbey! That one is the most likely to have had a chapel or two -it's certainly old enough!

Walcot (St Swithin's) was a neoclassical "barn" and probably didn't have a chapel, as extra chapels were not in keeping with the religious thinking of the day.
