I'm relatively new to Pemberley and assumed that discussing Jane Austen's Life and Times on this part of the site meant I could ask a question like this since I did mean it in reference in general to most JA characters and how they behaved in the books. There seemed to be little contact(in a romantic manner as in kissing/hugging & the like)and between Darcy/Lizzie, Jane/Bingley, Emma/Mr.Knightly etc. and how after such little passion these couples were able to marry.
